Heyo! I’m Katherine, a jill-of-all-trades writer, maker, and musician based in rural Virginia. I have a BA in Literary Arts from Brown University, and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Virginia. I am a 2024-25 Fulbright Grant Awardee—and can change my own spark plugs. I’ve also been an elementary school teacher, a part-time model, and a design conference food and sustainability organizer. My work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Apartment Therapy, Fifty Grande Magazine, The Denver Quarterly, and used internally by the Ford Motors marketing team.

When I’m not writing and making things, you can find me fiddling with Conley Ray and the Jones, the Blue Ridge Irish Music School, and others.
